The Law Firm of Jure Finan was founded at the end of the 1970s to provide services in the law areas of Commerce, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance and Mining and Hydrocarbons.
Its then young members soon stood out in the field of law and made the decision to use the wisdom and experience of their professors by including their expertise in the firm. This was the beginning of a successful combination of youth and experience.
Currently the firm is mainly composed of professors from the Law Faculty of the National Autonomous University of Honduras. Our new associates are chosen from among the most brilliant students graduating from that prestigious university, many of whom have obtained post graduate degrees from universities in Europe and the United States.
The firm is a member of several associations including the Honduras College of Attorneys, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Mexican Chamber of Commerce. The firm’s signature is also registered in different countries including the United States of America, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, China-Taiwan and Peru.
Jure Finan also maintains correspondent firms in the United States of America, Europe and China.
Several of our partners have been negotiators for international commercial treaties subscribed by Honduras.
