Our law office has broad experience in this type of business. Some of our partners are attorneys with at least two decades of work experience in the Honduran Property Registration offices. Some are previous directors of this institution. Other partners are notaries for real estate companies and mortgage banks.
Our work process begins with thorough Property Registry research of properties offered for sale until proving legal ownership and verifying that there are no liens on the title. We then proceed with the purchase/sale contract and payment of taxes. Finally, the document is appropriately registered in Property Registration to ensure legal security.
